As soon as you have a character accepted, post which "fief" they are from so I can cross it out for you. If you have open positions for family members, please list them so I can put them up as well.
Most fiefs are now small towns and villages that are presided over and governed by a noble family. Although these nobles still reap some profit from the townsfolk's trades and crops, it is not as severely feudal as in the past. They and their surrounding land are either called possessions or by the rank of their presiding noble: a county, a duchy, a barony, etc.
Fiefs that are not a duchy, marquessate, county or barony are held by knights and and baronets. Knights' possessions will be referred to as manors and baronets' possessions as halls. Baronets in this game will still be referred to as nobility, but they will be the laxest rank with intermarriage with commoners permissable.
Port Caynn has been placed under the jurisdiction of Prince --- and Princess Sarafina(Amedessa's sister). The title of Archduchess will be given to Selene (Amedessa's youngest sister).
